WWII U.S. Marine Corps "Battle of Suicide Ridge... Marine Is Hit" Peleliu Island

You are bidding on a World War II official U.S. Marine Corps photo titled "Battle of Suicide Ridge . . A Marine is Hit".  The photo measures approximately 8" tall and 10" wide.  The description of the photo is stamped in purple ink on the back as well as "SERIES OF 4 PICTURES" in upper left and "Hdqtrs. No. 95,376 DIST LIST 2-4 WATCH YOUR CREDIT LINE OFFICIAL U.S. MARINE CORPS PHOTO".  There is also a sticker adhered to the back with the same typed description of the photo.  The date "FEB 2 1945" is stamped in red on the back upper right.  The U.S. Marine Corps logo is visible in the lower right corner.  The photo does not lie flat but is in good condition.  The corners show some wear and discoloration.  Please see our photos for more information regarding condition.  This is a very nice original World War II official U.S. Marine Corps photo titled "Battle of Suicide Ridge . .
