POK 25686 Fire Hose Winder Roller Flattener and Expandable Drying Storage Rack

This sale is for two items: One POK 25686 Fire Hose Winder Roller Flattener for flat hose (DN 40, DN 65, DN100), and one POK Expandable Drying Storage Rack.
Both are Brand New Old Stock.  Never used, but both have a few scratches and dings from being moved around over the years (see photos).
Last photo shows use of the roller / winder.
Both are powder-coated aluminum.  The winder has a hollow rectangular tube base that slides over some kind of stand or rial (not included), and thumb screw to tighten and hold it in place.  The expandable rack has legs but no feet.  Not sure how it is mounted, but should be simple enough to rig something.  I don't know much about these, so I would welcome any information that you can give me.
The winder has overall height of 52".  The disk is 27" diameter.  The base is 31.5" wide.
The rack is 59.5" high (I say high, but maybe it is meant to be sideways?)  The pins on the rack are 3" long.  There are 15 pins on each side.  Rack has two open "lock" positions - one is 42.5" wide, and one is 58" wide.  Some of the powder coat in the groove on back of rack has been ground to facilitate the sliding to open and close easily.
These items will ship by truck freight due to size (bulkiness) even though they do not weigh much.
Shipping by truck freight to most commercial locations in US lower 48 states.  Freight charges billed by invoice after purchase.
