this version is (version 1.05A)
CDS calls these birthing eproms but they are
actually
reset eproms
To use them you remove the chips that are installed
in the U63 socket and U64 socket and replace them
with these and perform the reset procedure
There are a few different versions of Bandit Birthing reset chips and you will need to
verify
that you are purchasing
the correct type for your CDS Bandit slot machine
there is plenty of information about these
parts on the internet do your own looking I am to busy
to look for you.

You will get the set of 2 Eproms that look like what can be seen in the photo they both will have hand written labels.
